These message are accompanied by flashing master caution and a single chime. Indicate safe or normal system operation which require crew awareness, over and above the dark cockpit philosophy. Indicate minor failures or reduction in systems capability, which require no crew action.

Right Engine Thrust Reverser Isolation Control-Unit (ICU) fault 4.

TR ICU 4.

A fault in the wiring harness between the TR ICU, the ECU A or the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Channel B.

Possible Causes:

  • Right Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) Channel A (A40)/Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
  • Right Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) Channel B (A42)/Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
  • Right Thrust Reverser Isolation Control Unit (ICU) (A116)/Solenoid
  • Aircraft Wiring Harness
  • Wiring Harness (W1)
