Message Overview:

Message Name:

STALL

Identifier: 276OBS003
Effectivity: AIRCRAFT 20501 - 20999
System: Flight Controls
Associated CAS: None
System Description: 27-31-00
Schematic Diagram: None
Wiring Diagram: 27-32-01

Message Description:

The stall warning computer has sensed a limit angle of attack. This warning will also be accompanied with the activation of the control column stick shaker, if the angle of attack continues to increase, a stall pusher will activate.

As the compensated AOA increases to the second (stick shaker) firing angle, the SPC channel sends a signal to activate its corresponding stick shaker. This causes the corresponding control column to shake. When either channel A or channel B sends a signal to activate the stick shaker, the channel also sends signals to activate the aural warning and visual "STALL" warning on the PFD and to disengage the autopilot.
