Message Description:
The lavatory or galley water system 'EMPTY' LED is yellow.
Possible Causes:
- Galley Water Tank is Empty
- Lavatory Water Tank is Empty
Required Conditions:
- Aircraft power ON
- Cabin Management System ON

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Turn ON aircraft power and allow the Cabin Management System to boot up.
- On the Galley Control Panel (GCP) navigate to the Water System and select either Galley Equipment or Lavatory Equipment depending on which water tank is empty. Verify the status shows EMPTY.
- At the Galley or Lavatory verify the RESET push button switch is flashing.
- Service the potable water tank per SMM TASK 12-15-00-610-801.
- After servicing the Galley/Lavatory potable water tank push the REST button located in the Galley or lavatory area.
- Allow the water system to pressurize for 10 seconds. The water pump will stay running at a idle mode until the faucet handle is opened. Allow 15 minutes for warm water.
- Perform the Functional Test of the Potable Water System per SMM TASK 38-10-00-720-801.
- Do close out.
