Message Description:
The emergency RAM AIR VALVE is detected failed open by the Data Concentrator Unit or the discrete wiring to the Data Concentrator Unit is failed.

- Position Switch
- Bleed/Air Conditioning Panel (PL17)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Logic: NOT RAV_CLOSED AND NOT Ram_Air_Selected_ON.
- The emergency RAM AIR VALVE is detected failed open by the Data Concentrator Unit or the discrete wiring to the Data Concentrator Unit is failed.
- Check valve or position switch or wiring between the valve and the bleed/air conditioning panel.
