Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Verify XBleed Valve sense line is not obstructed internally, or damaged. Inspect fittings, and pass through for damage.
  2. Manually close the wing cross-bleed valve.
  3. Check for continuity on wing cross-bleed between MPE10J1 pin 4, pin 5.

    1. If there is continuity, continue with next step.
    2. If there is no continuity, go to step 8.

  4. Check for no continuity on wing cross-bleed between MPE10J1 pin 3, pin 4.

    1. If there is continuity, go to step 8.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  5. Manually open the wing cross bleed valve.
  6. Check for no continuity on wing cross-bleed between MPE10J1 pin 4, pin 5.

    1. If there is continuity go to step 8.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  7. Check for continuity on wing cross-bleed between MPE10J1 pin 3, pin 4.

    1. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
    2. If there is continuity go to step 9.

  8. Replace wing cross bleed valve.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  9. Do wiring checks between wing cross-bleed between MPE10J1 pin 3 and the DCU A14BP1 pin 6H, repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  10. Do wiring checks between Anti-Ice Panel and the DCU A14FP1 pin 8K. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  11. Replace the Anti-Ice panel.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  12. Replace the DCU.
