Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Pull and reset the PSEU gear system breakers(CB1-C13, CB1-C14), (CB2-C13, CB2-C14).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. If PX01, PX10, PX13 and PX16 also indicate Signal Conditioning Failure, troubleshoot these sensors for a short to ground. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Replace PX04.
NOTE: Sensor resistance should be made with a meter using a < 10 mA supply of current. Never apply voltage through a sensor! Current will magnetize the sensors rendering it unreliable. Sensor resistance is typically 11 to 13 Ω.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Replace PSEU if failure is on PX04 only and the NVM download does not identify external inputs as the fault.
  5. Do close out.
