Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Pull and reset the PSEU gear system breakers (CB1-C13, CB1-C14, CB2-C13, CB2-C14).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. If PX02, PX05, PX08, PX11 and PX14 also indicate Signal Conditioning Failure, troubleshoot these sensors for a short to ground. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Replace PX18.
NOTE: Sensor resistance should be made with a meter using a < 10 mA supply of current. Never apply voltage through a sensor! Current will magnetize the sensor rendering it unreliable. Sensor resistance is typically 11 to 13Ω.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Replace PSEU if failure is on PX18 only and the NVM download doesn't identify external inputs as the fault.
  5. Do close out.
