Require immediate crew attention. These messages are accompanied by flashing master warning, triple chime attenson with or without voice message or dedicated tone. Require immediate crew awareness and future crew action may be required in the form of alternate system selection or performance limitation. These message are accompanied by flashing master caution and a single chime. Indicate safe or normal system operation which require crew awareness, over and above the dark cockpit philosophy. Indicate minor failures or reduction in systems capability, which require no crew action.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Pull and reset the PSEU gear system breakers CB1-C13, CB1-C14,CB2-C13, CB2-C14.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. Check for 28 VDC on PSEU A9BP1 (pins 3A, 4A, 3C, 4C, 7K, 8K, 7H, 8H) and Ground A9BP1 (pins 3H, 4H, 3K, 4K, 7A, 7C, 8C). Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Do wiring check between PSEU A9CP1 (pins 1B, 2B) and IAPS A4P1 (pins 61, 62). Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Do wiring check between PSEU A9CP1 (pins 1B, 2B) and DCU A14DP1 (pins 1A, 1B). Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Do wiring check between PSEU A9AP1 pin 13K and pin 1 of the NWS Over-Travel Switch. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Replace PSEU.
  7. Do close out.
