Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset TAWS (CB2-A6) circuit breaker or push in the TAWS TEST/RESET switch on the center pedestal.
- If system check passes, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Get access to the front panel of the TAWS computer and inspect the self-test switch. Un-latch the switch if it is stuck.
- If system check passes, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Operate the TAWS TEST/RESET Switch on the center pedestal and confirm it is operating as per drawing. Repair/replace as required.
- If system check passes, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE: When the TAWS TEST/RESET switch is pushed it provides a ground to the TAWS computer connector A34BP1 pin A9.
- Replace the TAWS computer.
- Do close out.
