Both FMCs are reporting that the CSU straps are not set correctly.
Possible Causes:
- Left Inertial Reference Unit 1 (IRU) (A233)
- Right Adaptive Flight-Display Unit 2 (MFD) (A28)
- Integrated-Avionics Processor System (IAPS) Card Cage (ICC) (A4)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Change the CSU straps to comply with aircraft drawings and then cycle power for the entire avionics system.
- CSU straps to check include: Word 4 must enable dual FMS;
- Word 5 must not enable ATT/HDG4;
- Word 6 must not enable ADC3;
- Word 7 must not enable DCU3;
- Word 13 must not enable GNSS3.
- FMS will not be usable as it will be continually resetting due to a Fatal Error.
