Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Make sure the L BLEED PBA is OFF
  2. Reset the L BLEED VALVES (V3) circuit breakers CB1-D15

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Do wiring checkbetween the left bleed valve (V3) and the ground. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Manually set the lever of the left bleed valve (V3) to OPEN and CLOSED, then do a continuity check between Pin 3 and Pin 4 of the connector V3J1.

    1. If there is continuity, go to step 6.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  5. Replace the left bleed valve.
