Engine Run Command 4.
A fault with the Cockpit Engine RUN Command was sensed.
Possible Causes:
- Wiring Harness (W1)
- Aircraft Wiring Harness
- Shutdown Switch
- Full Authority Digital Engine Control Unit (FADEC) Electronic Control Unit A (ECU) (A40)
- Full Authority Digital Engine Control Unit (FADEC) Electronic Control Unit B (ECU) (A42)

NOTE: When troubleshooting faults where the FADEC indicates a channel disagreement, only power one channel at a time when using MDC to troubleshoot. Once the FADEC has latched the shutdown disagree fault it will not toggle the status word as read by the MDC.
