Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset HF 2 Circuit Breaker CB2-B3. Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Swap right HF Transceiver (A62) with Left HF Transceiver (A61). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace defective HF Transceiver.
- Download MDC and send all files back to the CRC for review.
- Swap Antenna Coupler 2 with Antenna Coupler 1. If the problem is still on the same side, proceed with the steps below.
- Check all Fiber Optics between #2 HF Antenna Coupler to the HF#2 Transceiver. Is the fault message still present?
(i.e. HF 2 transceiver P3 and HF Antenna Coupler P2).- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Make sure power is present at the HF#2 Transceiver. Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Make sure all PWR & Chassis ground are present at the HF#2 Transceiver.
- If fault is corrected, continue to next step.
- If fault persist, contact CRC for additional troubleshooting using the MDC download submitted in step 3.
- Do close out.
