Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset SATCOM (CB4-D2) circuit breaker.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Confirm presence of the 28 VDC and grounds at SDU connector A82CP1.
- If 28 VDC and grounds are present, go to step 9.
- If 28 VDC is not present, go to next step 4.
- If grounds are not present, continue with next step.
- Repair/replace, as required, the wiring and/or the ground stud.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do the wiring check between R DCPC connector A36P4 and SDU connector A82CP1. Repair/replace as required.
- If system check passes, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Confirm proper operation of the SATCOM (CB4-D2) control circuit breaker by measuring the presence of a ground at R DCPC connector A36AP4 - Pin 8. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap Remote-Control Circuit Breaker (RCCB) Contactors (K144 with K108).
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap Current Thermal Sensors (RT06 with RT04).
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace R DCPC.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace SDU.
- Do close out.
