Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Reset SATCOM (CB4-D2) circuit breaker.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. Confirm presence of the 28 VDC and grounds at SDU connector A82CP1.

    1. If 28 VDC and grounds are present, go to step 9.
    2. If 28 VDC is not present, go to next step 4.
    3. If grounds are not present, continue with next step.

  3. Repair/replace, as required, the wiring and/or the ground stud.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Do the wiring check between R DCPC connector A36P4 and SDU connector A82CP1. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system check passes, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Confirm proper operation of the SATCOM (CB4-D2) control circuit breaker by measuring the presence of a ground at R DCPC connector A36AP4 - Pin 8. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Swap Remote-Control Circuit Breaker (RCCB) Contactors (K144 with K108).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  7. Swap Current Thermal Sensors (RT06 with RT04).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  8. Replace R DCPC.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
