Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Follow the circuit breakers reset procedure documented in AW300-27-0037.
- Check the current faults and fault history for problems related to the Left Inboard Ground Spoiler Proximity Sensor (LINGSST Sensor / ATA27-60).
- If one of the listed fault is found, continue with the troubleshooting of this failure.
- If none of the listed faults is recorded in the MDC, continue with next step.
- Do Electronic Rigging of the Spoiler Electronic-Control Unit.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Visually inspect SECU's and tray's connectors for damages. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap SECUs.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE: An Electronic Rigging of the SECUs is necessary after a swap or a SECU replacement.
- Do Rigging Check of the Ground-Spoiler Control Surface.
- If check is good, go to step 8.
- If check is not good, continue with next step.
- Do Rigging of the Ground-Spoiler Control Surface.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring checks between SECU 2 connector A119AP1 and Ground Spoiler Selector Valve 2 connector MPE35P1. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap Ground Spoiler Selector Valves.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap Ground Spoiler Actuators. (All Ground Spoiler Actuators are interchangeable).
- Do close out.
