Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Follow the circuit breakers reset procedure documented in AW300-27-0037.
- Do Electronic Rigging of the Spoiler Electronic-Control Unit.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Visually inspect SECU's and tray's connectors for damages. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap SECUs.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE: An Electronic Rigging of the SECUs is necessary after a swap or a SECU replacement.
- Do rigging check of the Multi-Function Spoiler Control-Surface.
- If check is good, go to step 7.
- If check is not good, continue with next step.
- Do rigging of the Multi-Function Spoiler Control-Surface.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring checks between SECU 2 connector A119AP1 and Left Outboard Multi-Function Spoiler Power-Control Unit connector MPE39P1. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap Multi-Function Spoiler Power-Control Unit. (All Multi-Function Spoiler Power-Control Unit are interchangeable).
- Do close out.
