Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset the following circuit breakers and perform the Pilot Activated Test (PAT) of the Stall Protection System on the Systems Test control-panel located on the center pedestal.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
STALL L PWR CB1-B10 STALL R PWR CB2-B10 - Re-rack SPC and at the same time inspect connectors A178AP1 and A178BP1. Replace/repair as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue to next step.
- Ensure 'main' power and ground are available at SPC channel A.
- If 28 VDC and ground are available at SPC connector A178AP1, go to step 5.
- If 28 VDC and ground are not available at SPC connector A178AP1, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between SPC connectors A178AP1 and circuit breaker CB1-B10. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Ensure "main" power and ground are available at SPC channel B.
- If 28 VDC and ground are available at SPC connector A178BP1, go to step 7.
- If 28 VDC and ground are not available at SPC connector A178BP1, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between SPC connector A178BP1 and circuit breaker CB1-B11. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace SPC.
- Do close out.
