Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Reset the following circuit breakers and perform the Pilot Activated Test (PAT) of the Stall Protection System on the Systems Test control-panel located on the center pedestal.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
    STALL L PWR CB1-B10
    STALL R PWR CB2-B10

  2. Re-rack SPC and at the same time inspect connectors A178AP1 and A178BP1. Replace/repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue to next step.

  3. Ensure 'main' power and ground are available at SPC channel A.

    1. If 28 VDC and ground are available at SPC connector A178AP1, go to step 5.
    2. If 28 VDC and ground are not available at SPC connector A178AP1, continue with next step.

  4. Do wiring check between SPC connectors A178AP1 and circuit breaker CB1-B10. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Ensure "main" power and ground are available at SPC channel B.

    1. If 28 VDC and ground are available at SPC connector A178BP1, go to step 7.
    2. If 28 VDC and ground are not available at SPC connector A178BP1, continue with next step.

  6. Do wiring check between SPC connector A178BP1 and circuit breaker CB1-B11. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
