Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset the following circuit breakers and perform the Pilot Activated Test (PAT) of the Stall Protection System on the Systems Test control-panel located on the center pedestal.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
STALL L PWR CB1-B10 STALL R PWR CB2-B10 STALL PUSHER CB1-B12 - Ensure power and ground return are available at Stick Pusher Actuator.
- If 28 VDC and ground return are available at Stick Pusher Actuator connector A181P1, go to step 4.
- If 28 VDC and ground return are not available at Stick Pusher Actuator connector A181P1, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between Stick Pusher Actuator connector A181P1, STALL PUSHER PBA and circuit breaker CB1-B12 STALL PUSHER. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Ensure 'Stick Pusher' power and ground return are available at SPC.
- If 28 VDC and ground return are available at SPC connector A178P1, go to step 6.
- If 28 VDC and ground return are not available at SPC connector A178P1, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between SPC connectors A178AP1 and circuit breaker CB1-B12 STALL PUSHER. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check of the ARINC between SPC connectors A178AP1 / A178BP1 and Stick Pusher Actuator connector A181P1. Repair/replace as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace Stick Pusher Actuator.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace SPC.
- Do close out.
