Message Description:
The Wing Cross Bleed Valve (MPE10) has failed in the open position.
Possible Causes:
- Wing Cross-Bleed Valve (MPE10)
- Data Concentrator Unit (DCU) (A14)
- Associated Wiring
Troubleshooting Tips:
Advisory Wire/Service Bulletin: None

The DCU receives a discreet ground that the XBleed Valve is full open. This can be troubleshot from the DCU or the XBleed Valve, or anywhere in the wire run that is easily accessible.
