Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Pull and reset the PSEU gear system breakers (CB1-C13, CB1-C14,CB2-C13, CB2-C14).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. Do continuity wiring check between PSEU A9AP1 and NOSE GEAR WOFW 1 (RIGHT) Proximity Sensor PX03. Repair as required.

    From: To: Expected Results:
    PSEU A9AP1Pin 1C J165 Pin6 ≈0Ω
    PSEU A9AP1Pin 2C J165 Pin18 ≈0Ω

    1. If wiring checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Do continuity check of NOSE GEAR WOFW 1 (RIGHT) Proximity Sensor PX03. Repair as required.
CAUTION: Sensor resistance should be made with a meter using a < 10 mA supply of current. Never apply voltage through a sensor!
Current will magnetize the sensor rendering it unreliable.

    From: To: Expected Results:
    PX03 P165 Pin 6 P165 Pin18 11 - 13 Ω

    1. If PX03 checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Replace PX03.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Replace PSEU.
  6. Do close out.
