Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Pull and reset the PSEU gear system breakers (CB1-C13, CB1-C14,CB2-C13, CB2-C14).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. Do AMM task 32-61-00-710-801 - Operational Test of the Proximity Sensors and make sure that the health for the sensor shows ok.
  3. Are the results good?

    1. If YES, do the close out.
    2. If NO, continue with next step.

  4. Separate P164 and J164.
  5. Perform continuity check of NOSE GEAR WOFW 2 (LEFT) Proximity Sensor PX33 (shorted to ground = failure). Repair as required.

    From: To: Expected Results:
    PSEU P164 Pin A GND ∞Ω (Open)
    PSEU P164 Pin B GND ∞Ω (Open)

  6. Are the results good?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, go to step 9.

  7. Do continuity wiring check between PSEU A9AP1 and NOSE GEAR WOFW 2 (LEFT) Proximity Sensor PX33. Repair as required.

    From: To: Expected Results:
    PSEU A9CP1Pin H10 J164 Pin A ≈0Ω
    PSEU A9CP1Pin H9 J164 Pin B ≈0Ω

  8. Are the results good?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, repair as required and do close out.

  9. Replace PX33.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  10. Replace PSEU.
  11. Do close out.
