Message Description:
The outboard card of the BCU does not receive ARINC 429 bus from the R-IOC.
Possible Causes:
- Right Input/Output Concentrator Unit (IOC) No. 2 (A4-IOC2)
- Brake Control Unit (BCU) (A67)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Reset LCBP-C15, RCBP-C15 (Inbd and Outbd BCU) and RCBP-B6 (R IAPS).
- Verify if 'BRAKE FAULT' CAS message is still posted.
- If 'BRAKE FAULT' CAS message not posted, do close out.
- If 'BRAKE FAULT' CAS message is posted, continue with next step.
- Verify if 'NO R-GP-4 A429 TO IB BCU' (B3-224424) is also shown.
- If 'NO R-GP-4 A429 TO IB BCU' (B3-224424) not shown, replace BCU.
- If 'NO R-GP-4 A429 TO IB BCU' (B3-224424) is also shown, go to next step.
- Swap the Left IOC with the Right IOC.
- If 'BRAKE FAULT' CAS message not posted, replace IOC card.
- If 'BRAKE FAULT' CAS message is posted, replace BCU.
- Do close out.
