Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Make sure the L BLEED PBA is ON.
- Reset the L BLEED VALVES (V3) circuit breakers CB1-D15.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between the left bleed valve (V3) and the ground. Repair as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Manually set the lever of the left bleed valve (V3) to OPEN and CLOSED, then do a continuity check between Pin 4 and Pin 5 of the connector V3J1.
- If there is continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace the left bleed valve.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
