Message Description:
The Bleed Valve 2 is detected failed in open position. Check valve or position switch or wiring between the valve and the bleed/air condition panel.
Possible Causes:

- Data Concentrator Unit (A14)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Make sure the R BLEED PBA is OFF.
- Reset the R BLEED VALVES (V04) circuit breakers CB2-D15.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between the right bleed valve (V4) and the ground. Repair as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Manually set the lever of the right bleed valve (V4) to OPEN and CLOSED, then do a continuity check between Pin 4 and Pin 5 of the connector V4J1.
- If there is continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace the right bleed valve.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do the Operational Test of the Bleed Air System.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between the right bleed valve (V04) and the DCU. Repair as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace the DCU.
- Do Close out.
