NOTE: The Flight Management System (FMS) Control Display Unit (CDU) may become unresponsive when accepting changes from Air Traffic Control (ATC) through the Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) data feed.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Review the content of AW300-23-0344.
- Make sure crew are aware of the mitigation measures described in the AW to prevent the issue or unlock the FMS if needed.
- If the condition on the aircraft does not apply to the condition described in the AW, you may interchange the affected FMS CDU with the other FMS CDU to confirm faulty unit and replace if required.
- Do close out.
