Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect both batteries and the External DC power.
- Inspect the Right DCPC (A36), external and internal, for any signs of burning and for the presence of any foreign object that could have caused a short circuit.
- If inspection is okay, continue with next step.
- If inspection is not okay, go to step 6.
- Remove, inspect and measure the Right Auxiliary/Main Fuse (F6) located in the Right DCPC (A36). Is the fuse good?
- If YES, go to step 5.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Replace the Right Auxiliary/Main Fuse (F6). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Swap the Right DC Power-Center Protection (PCB2) with the Left DC Power-Center Protection (PCB1). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace the defective DC Power-Center Protection.
- Replace the Right DCPC (A36).
- Do close out.
