Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Reset SVS (CB2-A7) circuit breaker.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  2. Confirm 28 VDC and grounds at SVC connector A230AP1. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE: Video Interface Unit (VIU) is sharing the same power source as the SVC and it have to be considered as a possible cause during the 28 VDC troubleshooting.

  3. Swap IOCs.

    1. If system check passes, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Do wiring check of the ARINC 429 data bus SVC-1 from SVC connector A230AP1 to IAPS Card Cage (ICC) connector A4P1. Repair/replace as required.

    1. If system check passes, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Replace SVC.
