Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Make sure the R BLEED PBA is ON.
- Reset the R BLEED VALVES (V04) circuit breakers CB2-D15.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do wiring check between the right bleed valve (V4) and the ground. Repair as required.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Manually set the lever of the right bleed valve (V4) to OPEN and CLOSED, then do a continuity check between Pin 4 and Pin 5 of the connector V4J1.
- If there is continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace the right bleed valve.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Do the Operational Test of the Bleed Air System.
