Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Make sure the R BLEED PBA is ON.
  2. Reset the R BLEED VALVES (V04) circuit breakers CB2-D15.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Do wiring check between the right bleed valve (V4) and the ground. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Manually set the lever of the right bleed valve (V4) to OPEN and CLOSED, then do a continuity check between Pin 4 and Pin 5 of the connector V4J1.

    1. If there is continuity, go to step 6.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  5. Replace the right bleed valve.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Do the Operational Test of the Bleed Air System.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  7. Do wiring check between the right bleed valve (V4) and the IASC 2. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  8. Swap the IASC 2 with the IASC 1.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  9. Do wiring check between the right bleed valve and the Air Cond/Bleed Panel. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  10. Do wiring check of the Air Cond/Bleed Panel. Repair as required or replace the ON/OFF R BLEED PBA.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  11. Do wiring check between the Air Cond/Bleed Panel and the JB2. Repair as required.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  12. Do wiring check between PIN B2 and B3 of the JB2.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  13. Replace Junction Box #2.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
