Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Please check if the [system software p/n] displayed is the latest released software for your aircraft.

    1. Proceed with step 2 if the latest revision is displayed.
    2. Proceed with step 3 if they do not match or [invalid] is displayed.

  2. Press [CMS update] to start the update process of the appropriate unit. The unit will reboot and update its software automatically. The system GUI starts afterwards. Navigate then to the CMS equipment page on the Galley Control Panel and check the [system software] status. If the [system software] status is [ready] proceed with the requirements after Job Completion. Otherwise refer to the Software Load Procedure to complete the system update.
  3. Connect the system software USB stick to the USB maintenance port and wait until the [system software p/n] shows [update available]. Select [system software], verify p/n, and press [update]. Wait until message [remove USB stick] appears. Remove the USB stick now and proceed with step 2.

    1. If the issue persists or occurs repeatedly, check the connector J1 of the unit to which the Galley Control Panel is connected for loose contacts and intermittent connections.

  4. Consider replacing the unit.
