Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Disconnect both batteries and the External DC power.
  2. Inspect Right DCPC (A36), external and internal, for any signs of burning and any foreign object that could have caused a short circuit.

    1. If inspection is okay, continue with next step.
    2. If inspection is not okay, replace defective R DCPC (A36) and go to step 4.

  3. Remove, inspect and measure the Right Main Fuse (F2) located in the Right DCPC (A36). Is the Fuse good?

    1. If YES, go to step 4.
    2. If NO, replace defective fuse and continue with next step.
NOTE: AIPC has to be follow to ensure proper Fuse Part Number. An incorrect fuse current rating might cause major damages to the Aircraft.

  4. Inspect Right SPC (A38), external and internal, for any signs of burning and any foreign object that could have caused a short circuit.

    1. If inspection is okay, continue with next step.
    2. If inspection is not okay, replace defective R SPC (A38) and continue with next step.

  5. Inspect Right CBP (CBP2), external and internal, for any signs of burning and any foreign object that could have caused a short circuit.

    1. If inspection is okay, continue with next step.
    2. If inspection is not okay, replace defective R CBP (CBP2) and continue with next step.

  6. Disconnect and do wiring check of the following power feeders:

    From To Results
    R DCPC - Stud T4 R SPC - Stud T4
    R SPC - Stud T2 R CBP - Stud T1

    1. If check is okay, continue with next step.
    2. If check is not okay, repair/replace defective feeder.

  7. Swap the Right DC Power-Center Protection (PCB2) with the Left DC Power-Center Protection (PCB1). Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, contact your FSR for a deeper investigation.
    2. If NO, replace the defective DC Power-Center Protection.

  8. Do close out.
