RED MESSAGE (CAUTION)
AMBER MESSAGE (ADVISORY)
CYAN MESSAGE (STATUS)
WHITE MESSAGE Require immediate crew attention. These messages are accompanied by flashing master warning, triple chime attenson with or without voice message or dedicated tone. Require immediate crew awareness and future crew action may be required in the form of alternate system selection or performance limitation. These message are accompanied by flashing master caution and a single chime. Indicate safe or normal system operation which require crew awareness, over and above the dark cockpit philosophy. Indicate minor failures or reduction in systems capability, which require no crew action.

Fault Description:

The armed A/T is not in T/O Hold following the transition above 60 knots during T/O roll and until the aircraft transitions 400 ft AGL.

Possible Causes:

  • During take-off, the aircraft's airspeed is less than 60 knots by the time it gets to 400 feet AGL.

NOTE: This message is not an indication of a system, LRU, or interface fault. It shows that a pilot action is necessary to correct the condition.The pilot should disengage the AT and set the thrust levers to take-off thrust. Above 400 ft AGL, the A/T must be re-engaged.
