Require immediate crew attention. These messages are accompanied by flashing master warning, triple chime attenson with or without voice message or dedicated tone. Require immediate crew awareness and future crew action may be required in the form of alternate system selection or performance limitation. These message are accompanied by flashing master caution and a single chime. Indicate safe or normal system operation which require crew awareness, over and above the dark cockpit philosophy. Indicate minor failures or reduction in systems capability, which require no crew action.

Crew Seat Forward/Aft Adjust Lever Cable Breakages

SB 700-25-023 for the Global Express, SB 700-1A11-25-019 for Global 5000, and vendor SB 871500-25-2146 introduced a lever integral stop to reduce the load on the lever cable.

SB 700-25-025 for the Global Express, SB 700-1A11-25-021 for Global 5000, and vendor SB 871500-25-2147 introduced a thicker fore/aft lever cable for the crew seats. See photo below showing the new vs. original cable.

IMPORTANT:
SBs 700-25-025 and 700-1A11-25-021 have been placed on hold until further notice.
The new cables supplied per these SBs may not be the correct length. Please refer to Information Sheets 700-25-025 for Global Express and XRS, and 700-1A11-25-021 for Global 5000 for further details.

Pocket Door Troubleshooting Guide

Troubleshooting hints & tips for the latest version of the strut assisted Pocket Door.

This troubleshooting guide is applicable to the newest pocket door presently installed on the Global 6000 (cut in at 9677 & subs). This guide is also applicable, if the doors have been modified on your aircraft by incorporating the pocket door SB on the Global 6000, Express and XRS:

SBs: 700-25-049, 700-25-050, 700-25-047, 700-25-048, 700-25-6012, 700-25-6014, 700-25-6015, 700-25-6016 & 700-25-6020.

The latest version of the pocket door is an improved, more reliable pocket door system.

Troubleshooting hints & tips for the strut assisted Pocket Door with the footer that rolls in a track (footer wheel).

This troubleshooting guide is applicable to the pocket door that has a footer with a footer wheel that roll in a track when the door is deployed or stowed, presently installed on the Global 6000, GX, XRS. This style of door has been phased out at 9677 & sub.
