Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Access Systems Diagnostics. With PACK not running and cold, verify if sensor data is valid and compares with opposite side sensor data.

    1. If different, then continue with next step.
    2. If the readings are valid and the same, check sense lines for leakage.

  2. Swap Pack Inlet Flow-Sensor 1 with and Pack Inlet Flow-Sensor 2 and check data.

    1. If system checks are good, replace Pack Inlet Flow-Sensor 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Swap ACSC 1 with ACSC 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Perform wiring checks between Pack Inlet Flow-Sensor and ACSC 1.

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  5. Perform wiring checks of power source circuit for the Pack Inlet Flow-Sensors from JB5.

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  6. Perform continuity check of JB5 circuit for pack inlet flow sensor.

    1. If there is continuity, repair the defective associated wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  7. Replace JB5.
  8. Do close out.
