Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Access CAIMS Systems Diagnostics and with PACK not running and cold verify if data is valid and compare with opposite side.

    1. If the data is same, check sense line for leakage and do close out.
    2. If the data is different, continue with next step.

  2. Swap Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 1 with Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 2 and check data.

    1. If system checks are good, replace Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Swap ACSC 1 with ACSC 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Perform a wiring checks between Pack Inlet Pressure Sensor and ACSC 1.

    1. If the wiring checks are not good, replace the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If the wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  5. Perform a wiring checks between Pack Inlet Pressure sensor and JB5.

    1. If the wiring checks are not good, replace the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If the wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  6. Perform continuity check of JB5 circuit.

    1. If there is continuity, repair the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  7. Replace JB5.
  8. Do close out.
