Right Pack Inlet Pressure Transducer has been detected out of range by Air-Conditioning System Controller (ACSC) 2.

• Pack Inlet Pressure Sensor 2 (MT108)
• Junction Box (JB6)
• Air-Conditioning System Controller (ACSC) 2 (A88)
• Associated Wiring

• AW700-21-0160 - "PACK FAULT" CAS message while CAIMS / OMS is active (Global Express / XRS - 9002 to 9312, 9314 to 9380, 9384 to 9429 and Global 5000 - 9127 to 9383, 9389 to 9400, 9404 to 9431 and 9998)

The APU FIRE FAIL is displayed when a failure is detected in both Loop A and Loop B. The APU LOOP B/WRG/FIDEEX CONTROL UNIT CAIMS message is also displayed.

1. Swap Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 2 with Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 1.

   1. If system checks are good, replace Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 2 and do close out.
   2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

2. Perform wiring checks between Pack Inlet Pressure sensor 2 and ACSC 2.

   1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective associated wiring and do close out.
   2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

3. Swap ACSC 2 with ACSC 1.

   1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 2 and do close out.
   2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

4. Remove JB6 and perform wiring checks of all wiring / circuit involved with the Pack Inlet Pressure sensors power source (ref: Wiring Diagram: 21-51-00 Sheet 2 of 3 Page 1).

   1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective associated wiring and do close out.
   2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

5. Perform continuity check of JB6 (ref: wiring checks).

   1. If there is continuity, repair defective associated wiring as required and do close out.
   2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

6. Replace JB6.
7. Do close out.
