Fault Description:
AC Power Center (ACPC) External Power Quality Monitor Card has failed the continuous Built-In Test.
Possible Causes:
- AC Power Center (ACPC) External Power Quality Monitor (EPQM)
- AC Power Center (ACPC) (A54)

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Do a complete aircraft power reset. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, monitor for failure and do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Access the ACPC logic assembly. Remove the EPQM card. Inspect the cards connectors and the motherboard connector. Look for any bent, damaged or degraded contacts.
- If contacts are found damaged, replace defective component (ACPC or EPQM card) and do close out.
- If all contacts are good, continue with next step.
- Carefully reinstall the EPQM card properly. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace EPQM card. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace ACPC.
- Do close out.
