Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Check if any CAIMS PMAT active internal faults for DAU 4A or DAU 4B exist.

    1. If YES, replace applicable DAU and do close out.
    2. If NO, continue with next step.

  2. On the CAIMS PMAT, get access to the active faults for SPC 1 and SPC 2 and check for DAU #4A/DAU #4B/WRG/SPC CH B I/F.

    1. If DAU #4A/DAU #4B/WRG/SPC CH B I/F does not exist, do close out.
    2. If DAU #4A/DAU #4B/WRG/SPC CH B I/F still exists, continue with next step.

  3. Perform wiring checks between DAU 4A (A31CP1) and SPC B (A40BP1).

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  4. Replace SPC.
  5. Do close out.
