Message Description:
Ice Detector 1 is reporting itself defective to Bleed Management Controller (BMC) 1. Inhibited during Take-Off and Landing.

- Ice Detector (ID) 1 (E48)
- Bleed Management Controller (BMC) 1 (A69)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Perform wiring checks between BMC 1 and Ice Detector 1.
From To Result A69P2-27 E48P1-4 - If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Interchange BMC 1 with BMC 2.
- If system checks are good, replace BMC 1 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace Ice detector 1.
- Do close out.
NOTE:
- Ice Detector Status can be monitored into CAIMS.
- Perform alternate test for this fault if the criteria stated in AW700-30-0292 is met.
