Message Description:
Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) stays ‘‘ON’’ for 10 min during the operational test of the DC Power Center (DCPC) Secondary Power Distribution Assembly (SPDA) feeder (AMM 24-61-37-710-801).

- This is a normal condition when the SB 700-23-033 is implemented. This service bulletin introduces an independent power source for the CVR that meets the FAA requirement
- The FAA has mandated a requirement for a backup power supply that will maintain power to the CVR for 10 +/- minutes after all aircraft power is lost. This affects all FAA registered aircraft with a manufacture date after 6 April 2010 under Part 135
