Message Description:
The Floor Heater does not operate. The result is that the air temperature is colder at the Flight Crew Floor.
Possible Causes:
- Heated Floor Mat
- Copilot Floor Heater 1 (HR2)
- Copilot Floor Heater 2 (HR3)
- Secondary Power Distribution Assembly (SPDA) 1 (A13)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Perform wiring check between SPDA 1 and copilot floor heaters.

- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Replace the defective copilot floor heater.
- Do close out.
