Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Make sure that transfer fuel condition is only present on ground when aircraft is static.
- There could be as much as 50 lbs per hour transfer rate. This condition could be caused by debris (FOD) trapped inside the center tank ejector pump flapper check valve, preventing it from fully seating closed.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Check vent, access the center fuel tank and clean the ejector pump flapper check valve.
- Do close out.
