Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- On the wing cross-bleed valve, check that the manual lever is at the closed position.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (L33P1) from the wing cross-bleed valve L33. Perform a continuity check between the pins of the electrical receptacle (L33J1) of the wing cross-bleed valve as follows:
From To Result L33J1-1 L33J1-6 - If there is continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is no continuity, continue with the next step.
- Perform a continuity check between the pins of the electrical receptacle (L33J1) of the wing cross-bleed valve as follows:
From To Result L33J1-5 L33J1-6 - If there is no continuity, go to step 6.
- If there is continuity, continue with the next step.
- Disconnect the electrical connector P647 (STN 781). Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result P647-2 L33P1-1 - If there is no continuity, repair or replace the defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with the next step.
- Disconnect the electrical connector JB3AP1 from the Junction Box 3 and perform a continuity check between the aircraft ground and the JB3AP1 connector as follows:
From To Result JB3AP1-4D Ground JB3AP1-4C Ground JB3AP1-5C Ground JB3AP1-5F Ground - If there is continuity, repair the defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, do close out.
- Replace the wing cross-bleed valve.
- Do close out.
