Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Confirm the Left DC Power-Center Protection (PCB1) is correctly seated in place. Re-install as required. Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, do close out.

  2. Measure at the Left DC Power Center connector A35P2 (between w and d) the resistance of the Left Battery temp sensor T1.

    1. If the resistance is between 41.8Ω and 160kΩ, go to step 6.
    2. If the resistance is not between 41.8Ω and 160kΩ, continue with the next step.

  3. Measure at the Remote Data Concentrator connector A13AP1 (between 13E and 13F) the resistance of the Left Battery temp sensor T2.

    1. If the resistance is between 41.8Ω and 160kΩ, go to step 6.
    2. If the resistance is not between 41.8Ω and 160kΩ, continue with the next step.

  4. Do wiring check of the following wires:

    From To Results
    L BAT conn. B1P2 - pin A L DCPC conn. A35P2 - pin w
    L BAT conn. B1P2 - pin B L DCPC conn. A35P2 - pin d
    L BAT conn. B1P2 - pin C RDC conn. A13AP1 - pin 13E
    L BAT conn. B1P2 - pin D RDC conn. A13AP1 - pin 13E

    1. If wiring check is satisfying, continue with next step.
    2. If wiring check is not satisfying, repair the defective wire.

  5. Swap the Left Battery (BT1) with the Right Battery (BT2). Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, replace the defective Battery.

  6. Swap the Left DC Power-Center Protection (PCB1) with the Right DC Power-Center Protection (PCB2). Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, replace the DC Power-Center Protection.

  7. Swap the Left DC Power-Center Primary-Logic (PCB3) with the Right DC Power-Center Primary-Logic (PCB4). Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, replace the Power-Center Primary-Logic.

  8. Replace the Remote Data Concentrator (A13). Is the fault message still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, replace the Remote Data Concentrator.

  9. Replace Left DC Power Center (A35).
  10. Do close out.
