Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Confirm the Right DC Power-Center Protection (PCB2) is correctly seated in place. Re-install as required. Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Measure at the Right DC Power Center connector A36P2 (between w and d) the resistance of the Right Battery temp sensor T1.
- If the resistance is between 41.8 Ω and 160 kΩ, go to step 6.
- If the resistance is not between 41.8 Ω and 160 kΩ, continue with the next step.
- Measure at the Remote Data Concentrator connector A13AP1 (between 13E and 13F) the resistance of the Left Battery temp sensor T2.
- If the resistance is between 41.8 Ω and 160 kΩ, go to step 6.
- If the resistance is not between 41.8 Ω and 160 kΩ, continue with the next step.
- Do wiring check of the following wires:
From To Results R BAT conn. B2P2 - pin A R DCPC conn. A36P2 - pin w R BAT conn. B2P2 - pin B R DCPC conn. A36P2 - pin d R BAT conn. B2P2 - pin C RDC conn. A13DP1 - pin 12H R BAT conn. B2P2 - pin D RDC conn. A13DP1 - pin 12G - If wiring check is satisfying, continue with next step.
- If wiring check is not satisfying, repair the defective wire.
- Interchange the Right Battery (BT2) with the Left Battery (BT1). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace the defective Battery.
- Interchange the Right DC Power-Center Protection (PCB2) with the Left DC Power-Center Protection (PCB1). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace the DC Power-Center Protection.
- Interchange the Right DC Power-Center Primary-Logic (PCB4) with the Left DC Power-Center Primary-Logic (PCB3). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace the Power-Center Primary-Logic.
- Replace the Remote Data Concentrator (A13). Is the fault message still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace the Remote Data Concentrator.
- Replace Right DC Power Center (A36).
- Do close out.
