Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. On the BLEED AIR control panel, make sure that the TRIM pushbutton is not set to the OFF position.
  2. Swap PBAs.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. On the BLEED AIR control panel, perform wiring checks for between the pins of the connectors and aircraft ground that follow:

    AP8J2 AIRCRAFT GROUND
    pin 17 Ground
    pin 18 Ground

    1. If there is continuity to ground, continue.
    2. If there is no continuity to ground, go to step 5.

  4. Replace BLEED AIR control panel.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Repair or replace the interface wiring.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Replace PCB 1 in JB5.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  7. Replace PCB 1 in JB6.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  8. Replace ACSC 1.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  9. Replace ACSC 2.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE: Only one new ACSC is required for steps 8 and 9.
