Fault Description:
One of the conditions that follow occur:
- In phases of take off or landing: GLD is not armed for only one pair (GS or MFS)
- Due to the loss of one ground condition (detected sensor failure), GLD is lost or degraded (deployment delayed) for only one pair (GS or MFS)
- Only one pair of GS is failed in the retracted position, unless the associated hydraulic is low and no MFS pair is failed retracted. A pair of spoiler is considered failed as soon as either the left or right surface is failed.
- One pair of GS is in uncommanded deployed status.
Possible Causes:
- Flight Control Unit (FCU) 1 (A65)
- Flight Control Unit (FCU) 2 (A66)
- Brake Control Unit (BCU) (A71)
- GND LIFT DUMP Switch (AP23)
- Outboard GS Selector Valve (L41)
- Inboard GS Selector Valve (L42)
- Left Outboard GS Proximity Switch Sensor (MT121)
- Right Outboard GS Proximity Switch Sensor (MT122)
- Left Inboard GS Proximity Switch Sensor (MT123)
- Right Inboard GS Proximity Switch Sensor (MT124)
- MFS Proximity Switch Sensor (PSS)
- Associated Wiring
