NOTE: If Display Unit 6 is black, go to reversion on SG3 and it should display again.

NOTE: The Strapping boards are modified during the incorporation of the Batch 3.3 upgrade, and also during upgrades to Primus Elite.

  1. Interchange Integrated Avionics Computer (IAC) Configuration Modules. i.e.

    1. Integrated Avionics Computer (IAC) 2 (A10) Configuration Module with Integrated Avionics Computer (IAC) 1 (A11) Configuration Module.
    2. Integrated Avionics Computer (IAC) 4 (A8) Configuration Module with Integrated Avionics Computer (IAC) 3 (A9) Configuration Module.
    3. Is the IAC CONFIG MISMATCH (Advisory) CAS message still displayed?

      1. If YES, continue to next step.
      2. If NO, replace defective IAC Configuration Module and do close out.

  2. Interchange Display Units. i.e.

    1. Interchange Display Unit 6 (M12) with Display Unit 3 (M9).
    2. Interchange Display Unit 5 (M11) with Display Unit 2 (M8).
    3. Interchange Display Unit 4 (M10) with Display Unit 1 (M7).
    4. Is the IAC CONFIG MISMATCH (Advisory) CAS message still displayed?

      1. If YES, continue to next step.
      2. If NO, replace defective DU and do close out.

  3. Interchange the Strapping boards to isolate the faults, verifying the condition of the suspected strapping board by inspecting the links and cuts. Is the IAC CONFIG MISMATCH (Advisory) CAS message still displayed?

    1. If YES, continue to next step.
    2. If NO, replace defective strapping board and do close out.
