Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Make sure there are no reported faults or anomalies with the Radio Altimeter (RAD ALT) system.
- If there are faults or anomalies with the RAD ALT, troubleshoot them first.
- If there are no faults or anomalies, continue with next step.
- Remove and re-seat the LGECU. Is the fault still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, do close out.
- Perform wiring check between the LGECU and the DAUs.
- If wiring defects are found, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If NO, wiring defects are found, continue with next step.
- Swap DAU 1 with DAU 3. Is the fault still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace defective DAU.
- Swap DAU 4 with DAU 2. Is the fault still present?
- If YES, continue with next step.
- If NO, replace defective DAU.
- Replace the LGECU.
- Do close out.
