Troubleshooting Recommendations:

NOTE: If the Cabin Maximum Differential pressure has been exceeded, disregard the troubleshooting below and investigate the pressurization system. Water spilled from the aft water system may disturb the static port airflow and consequently partially open the safety valves.

  1. Visually inspect for a water leak in the area of the static port.
  2. Swap DAU 1 with DAU 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace DAU 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Perform wiring checks of the wire between the Safety Valve 1 and DAU 1.

    1. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
    2. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective associated wiring and do close out.

  4. Replace CPC 2.
  5. Perform functional test of the safety valves.
  6. Do close out.
