CAIMS has Pack Pressure XDCR. Data for ACSC controllers on all 4 channels. This will show sensor data and give you an idea of problem areas.

If CAIMS messages [ACSC1-A] LH PCK IN FLOW SENS/WRG, [ACSC1-A] LH PCK IN PRESS XDCR/WRG,[ACSC1-B] LH PCK IN FLOW SENS/WRG, and [ACSC1-A] LH PCK IN PRESS XDCR/WRG all shown, most possible cause is the SPDA 2 failure.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Check CAIMS status of the Pack Anti-Ice Pressure Sensors (SYSTEM DIAG/21-00 AIR CONDITIONING/ACSC 1-A/LRU TEST/L ACSC CH. A PACK PRESSURE SENSOR DATA).
  2. Swap Pack Anti-Ice Pressure Sensor 1 with Pack Anti-Ice Pressure Sensor 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace Pack Anti-Ice Pressure Sensor 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Perform a wiring checks between LH Pack Anti-Ice Pressure Sensor, JB5, ACSC 1 and Gnd.

    1. If the wiring checks are not good, replace the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If the wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  4. Swap ACSC 1 with ACSC 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Replace JB5.
  6. Do close out.
